Hypnosis and Your Mind

So - the point of this thread is to try and understand more about the mind when an individual is being hypnotized.

Please post your experiences with hypnosis regardless of whether or not you've had success or failure with the process. Honesty is -very- important. Information that isn't truthful to your experience will result in misinterpretation!

The more information we get from people, the more we'll be able to piece together how it all works.

Please provide as many details as possible.

If you can't quite think of any input to give, try answering some of the following questions:

- What is your success rate with hypnosis? (never works, sometimes works, usually works, always works, etc.)
- Have you been hypnotized online, offline, or both?
- If you've been hypnotized both online and offline, which was stronger and why? What were the major differences?
- How much of a factor is trust to you in regards to hypnosis?
- Before the initial induction begins, how do you commonly feel? (anxious, nervous, excited, etc.)
- What changes occur in your mind during the experience?
- Do you feel any physical differences?
- Do you feel any mental differences?
- What can you remember after the trance (nothing, little, some stuff, a good majority of it, everything)?
- Do you ever feel like your mind has control during the hypnosis?
- If the hypnosis doesn't have complete control, do you feel like your mind tries to give the hypnosis complete control (do you ever feel yourself cooperating to try making it stronger)?
- During hypnosis, have you ever felt like the effect was able to wear off? What thoughts caused this?
- How clear are your thoughts before and after?
- Are you able to clear your mind outside of hypnosis?
- How does your mind commonly work outside of hypnosis? (calm, sporadic, focused, not sure, etc.)
- Do you feel as if your mind often wanders outside of hypnosis?
- What do you remember before and after a trigger is used?
- What happens mentally and physically when a trigger is used?
- How would you rate your memory?
- If you've been hypnotized often lately, can you remember the last 2-3 weeks vividly?
- Would you be more open to discuss this topic if the information was [more] anonymous or private?

As well as your experience, please provide information for any questions that should be removed or added to this list.

Hi there, I'm Obrum, a grey wolf who found this page through the FA group a while back and has finally decided to register.

I have mainly dark grey fur with a lighter grey patch on my chest, and long(ish) black hair. I should hopefully have a picture up soon!

I think the main reason I joined would be for the Roleplaying side of things, although I suppose I'll naturally explore the site more as I get familiar with it. I'm always submissive, since I just simply don't like being dominant. I'm not too sure how I actually got into hypnotism, I just sorta always liked it, and have only recently decided to act on it...

Suffice to say, I've been having fun so far reading the Roleplays and can't wait to get involved! =3

(by the way, just wondering, does anyone know if it's possible to get on the IRC on an iPod touch? Thanks ^^")

Heylo.

This newt has been talking to Master Sphelx for awhile, and Master has asked me to post here.

We have been talking about hypnosis and relaxation, and how it was difficult for me to go under, and he has successfully managed to get me under.

He showed me how when he got me to take a 40 minute or so walk without me remembering at all, and then got me to strip nude, then woke me up so i was quite shocked and amazed.

Just interested, are there any other hypnotists out there?
Because after Khorax and Kira's posts about their hypnosis under me; I got an utter explosion of requests from all directions.

I've tried quite hard to take on as many as possible (both to satisfy my own devlish needs and to let them have some fun themselves) but surely I'm not the only fully dominant hypnotist around here with subjects?

Hey guys, forgot to make one of these, I'm bluedude or you can call me Blu.

My interest in hypnosis may not be a big as everyone else, maybe a rising curiosity/kink, but its managed to keep my interest for so far, and i would like to know more about it.

I like to read hypnosis stories m/m m/f are ok, I'm not one to rp (sorry y'all). I also write, or did write a few, but that's in a separate thread. I think that's about it >.>
